Barbara Johnson Joins Equality Action Center at UC Law San Francisco Board of Directors

Barbara L. Johnson, Founder of BLJohnsonLaw and Counsel to Potter & Murdock, recently joined the Board of Directors for the Equality Action Center at the University of California Law San Francisco.
Barbara has more than 35 years of experience representing employers in employment law matters. She conducts impartial workplace investigations and frequently advises on compliance, including pay-equity analyses and matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor. She provides training to senior leadership, HR directors, and organizational development professionals to establish effective and legally compliant DEI programs that are in line with the organization’s values
The Equality Action Center at UC Law San Francisco advances racial, gender, and class equality in the workplace and in politics. Its initiatives address inequality at a structural level with evidence-based interventions, and its programs cultivate leadership and create a more level playing field. With a pragmatic focus, the Center links rigorous research to practical steps designed to produce measurable social and organizational change within two to five years.
