Barbara Johnson To Participate As Faculty In the ABA NELC Trial Institute

Barbara L. Johnson, BLJohnsonLaw Founder and Counsel to Potter & Murdock, will participate as faculty at the ABA NELC Fourth Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute from September 11-14 in Chicago, IL. As faculty, Barabara will provide extensive instruction on the nuances of trying a labor and employment case.
The American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Labor and Employment Law will partner with the National Employment Law Council (NELC) and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology to present this exciting program.
Barbara is a member of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law and serves on the Board of Directors of the NELC. She has extensive experience in litigating the full array of employment matters, including civil rights discrimination claims in federal and state court, class and collective actions, and whistleblower claims. Barbara conducts workplace investigations and serves as a trusted legal advisor to companies and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes.
